1) How long after payment will you post my item?

Our T-Shirts are made to order, so please allow us 1-2 business days (exc Sat & Sun) for us to make & post your item.

2) How long after posting should I expect to wait for delivery?

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Mail for all UK orders. This is a 2-5 day service. For European orders your delivery should take 8-12 days and for the rest of the world it should be 8-16 days.

3) Can I exchange my T-Shirt if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, we offer a no hassle quick exchange at no extra cost – However we do recommend that you please take note of the size guide as different t-shirt brands often differ in sizing – This will save time for us both.

4) How do I request a return?

Just drop us an email at sales@lovehearttshirts.com with your name, order number ( if you have it) and the details of the return/ exchange & we will contact you from there with further details.

6) What are the Postage Costs?

For UK Buyers we offer FREE UK POSTAGE on all orders.

For Europe & Other countries the prices are:

Europe – Airmail – £4.50 per T-Shirt
USA, Australia & The Rest Of The World – Airmail – £5.99 per T-Shirt

7) I don’t have Paypal, can I pay via another method?

Sorry, we can only accept payment via Paypal at this time. We find Paypal the safest option for our customers.

How are you items sized?

As we are a UK based company all sizing is listed in cm & standard UK sizes. We do have a size guide available. Please email us if you need specific measurements.

9) I have not received my item what do I do?

If you have not received your item within the stated dispatch & postal time please contact us with your name & order details: sales@lovehearttshirts.com
